Happy Friday. No I'm not going out shopping.

Happy Thanksgiving. It was yesterday but we had ours on Wednesday so now I'm 2 days late.

I would not be caught dead out shopping on the day after Thanksgiving! My youngest loves to shop on this day, not me, I don't like crowds.

The Little House is shaping up now, I mean it really is. A bit plain for my taste but simple settings are what sells a house I'm told. It is super clean and I bought all new curtains for each room. I have to say if this house was at the beach I would buy it in a HOT second! 

I would like to note, that hubbybub did a total house renovation on this baby and whoever gets this place will be a lucky duck. EVERY THING has been replaced.

The guest room looks great. We only have 2 beds in the house, so we are using a high blow up mattress in this room. It has a slight slow leak so I have to give it some air each day. 

We also propped it up on moving bins so it really looks like a regular bed now. We laugh about what might happen if someone sits on it though! 

I'll share the master bedroom one of these days, it's SO nice, well I think so. It used to be my art studio and it's enormous. Definitely would make a GREAT in-law suite too.

The last few days I have been painting doors and moldings. You know how that goes, when you sell a house you do all the wonderful final touches that should have been done a long time ago. 🥲

I totally LOVE this door. It's rescued from some other life. The glass is beveled too. Do you think I could take it with me, don't think I haven't thought about it. 

You see one of my "creepy babies" is holding the door for me while I paint.

I LOVE "creepy babies" and so do one of my grandkids, Lu, short for Lucia but I call her Lucy... I gave her one for her birthday last year and she treasures it. I told her I would leave her my collection when I'm gone and that makes her very happy. Not that I'll be gone, but that she can have ALL the babies.

I can only show these today, the rest are packed away already. 

Looks like they need some clothes, something I could do to have some creative time. ? 

My friend recently purchased a Dolly for herself. She has been making clothes for it and even made a dolly for her Dolly. How fun is that. ?

I miss my creative time. 

Really... what I need to do is gather some supplies during the day when I have more energy so that at night when I finally sit I'll have something to stitch on. Maybe today will be that day. ?
